welcome
My name is Justin Hoch and I'm an aspiring actor. I live in Queens and I'm pursuing a life of waiting tables and starving.
Or at least that's how the story is supposed to go. That's not my style however, and instead, I've decided to build a one-man services empire while pursuing my dreams of fame and fortune (in order to make the world a better place...but more on that later).
This website is the hub of that empire. Thanks for stopping by.
*** now blogging...calendar...and more ***
There is now a calendar of events! You can find out about all of my upcoming performances quickly and easily. All performance details will be listed there, on the actor page, and on my blog, justinhoch.blogspot.com, where I will be posting regular updates.
I will continue to send out periodic updates via email letting people know what's going on with my life and career. If you're not getting them, and you would like to, send me an email at justin@justinhoch.com and I'll make sure to include you in upcoming "newsletters." Thanks!
what this is all about
Over there to the left, you will see a list of jobs that I can do. Regardless of how disparate the required skills for each may be, the common element is that I give 100% to each job I undertake.
I believe in professionalism, respect, humor, and customer satisfaction. That last part is the most important: If you're not satisfied, neither am I.
So check out the site and get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.
digital storytelling with south african and tibetan kids
Check out the blog of the kids I worked with during my recent trip to Seattle to help out at the Bridges to Understanding workshop. In conjunction with the Seeds of Compassion, Bridges flew in six students from South Africa and six students from the Tibetan Children's Village in Dharamsala, India for the workshop. The kids blogged about their experiences in Seattle, with Seeds, and the workshop. It was amazing!
special project with which i'm proud to be helping
Over the past few months, I have had the privilege of working with journalist and award-winning photographer, Dafna Tal, on her project Israelis and Palestinians: Bridging the Divide. Please make a tax-deductible donation to support this all-too-necessary project. Thanks!
